Booking Cancellation and Refunds

YORKE HOLIDAY handles booking cancellations and refunds in accordance with Australian Consumer Protection legislation. If you wish to cancel your booking, please notify us as soon as possible. We will process refunds according to our cancellation policy, which is outlined in our booking terms. Refunds will be processed promptly via the same method of payment. All refunds are made at the discretion of YORKE HOLIDAY.

Jurisdiction

This agreement and this website are subject to the laws of Queensland (QLD) and Australia. If there is a dispute between you and YORKE HOLIDAY that results in litigation, then you must submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland (QLD).
