Property Management Terms

By registering your property for management services with YORKE HOLIDAY, you appoint TT SUNRISE PTY LTD as your exclusive managing agent to list, market, optimize, and manage short-term, holiday, or corporate rentals on your behalf across global platforms (such as Airbnb, Stayz, Booking.com, and yorkeholiday.com).

Our standard short-term property management fee is 15% (unless otherwise agreed in writing via a standard Form 6 appointment under the Property Occupations Act 2014 QLD) of the gross accommodation tariff collected from guests. This fee excludes platform booking commissions and specialized cleaning/maintenance disbursements. Net rental yields will be disbursed monthly to the owner's nominated Australian bank account alongside a comprehensive financial line-item statement.

The property owner warrants that the premises comply with all relevant Queensland building codes, fire safety standards (including interconnected photoelectric smoke alarms), public liability insurance requirements (minimum $20 million coverage), and local Brisbane City Council short-stay residential registration regulations.
